Telecom Order CRTC 98-835
On 26 March 1998, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited (now NBTel Inc.) filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 712, amended by TNs 712A dated 27 March 1998 and 712B dated 3 April 1998, for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to the company's Cellular Telephone Service.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Orders CRTC 98-318 dated 7 April 1998 and 98-323 dated 9 April 1998.
1.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
2.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
