Telecom Order CRTC 98-833
On 23 December 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited (now NBTel Inc.) filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions pertaining to the company's One-Way Radio Paging Services.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 30 January 1998 under Telecom Order CRTC 98-75.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
