Telecom Order CRTC 98-823
On 18 August 1997, TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. filed, under Tariff Notice 57A, an application proposing: 1) to add a new "Over 90,000 Lines category"; 2) to introduce a 15% and 25% float of local lines; 3) minor changes to reflect the correct company name; 4) an amendment to the calculation of the termination liability; and 5) to streamline Tariff Item 2045 by removing two different line categories for three and five-year contracts and replacing them with one "Over 5,000 Lines category".

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 5 September 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1239.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
