Telecom Order CRTC 98-764
On 12 May 1998, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited (now called NBTel Inc.) filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to the Special Services Tariff, to amend the Digital Broadband Service (DBS) - Discount Structure to include usage charges in calculating the applicable discount and to introduce DBS - End to End Frame Relay service.

1.By letter dated 30 June 1998, the Commission denied the ex parte filing and directed the company to provide, within two business days, an abridged copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms.
2.The company provided a copy of the application for the public record on 2 July 1998.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
