Telecom Order CRTC 98-754
On 29 June 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc., on behalf of and with the concurrence of all the federally regulated Stentor operating companies with the exception of TELUS Communications Inc. (collectively, the companies), filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Items 635, 636 and 638, to provide for DS-1 and DS-3 central office (CO) link arrangements which will enable co-located carriers to interconnect with the companies from the carrier's co-located space within the companies' CO; to amend the 1C to 1C cross-interconnection link monthly rate element; and to reflect the appropriate tariff references for the monthly rate and service charge elements for the Type C Local Loops to be consistent with Item 638 for similar functionality.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions effective the date of this Order are approved on an interim basis.
