Telecom Order CRTC 98-67
On 2 October 1997, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 435, providing for a Message Toll Service sales promotion for residential customers, during the period from 8:00 p.m. Friday to 8:00 a.m. Monday, between 7 November and 15 December 1997.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 17 October 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1501.
2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
