Telecom Order CRTC 98-616
In Telecom Order CRTC 98-536 dated 2 June 1998 (Order 98-536), the Commission denied ex parte treatment for MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) Tariff Notice 323 for the introduction of FLEX Access service and ordered that an abridged version of the application be placed on the public record. In that Order, the Commission stated, among other things, that it did not consider FLEX Access service to be an uncapped service. MTS complied with the Commission's direction on 3 June 1998.

1. Consistent with Order 98-536, the Commission hereby directs MTS to change the classification of FLEX Access to Other Capped Services.
2. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that MTS' application to introduce FLEX Access service be approved on an interim basis.
