Telecom Order CRTC 98-51
On 28 November 1997, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2320, Residential Winback Offer, to make the promotional consumer winback offer a permanent offer.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 9 December 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1809.
2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
