Telecom Order CRTC 98-479
On 27 January 1998, the MetroNet Communications Group Inc. (MetroNet) filed an application for approval of an Interim CLEC/ILEC (competitive local exchange carrier/incumbent local exchange carrier) interconnection agreement with Bell Canada (the Agreement).

1. The Commission notes that Schedule I of the Agreement pertains to 9-1-1 service and is modelled on the Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service to a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier filed by Stentor Resource Centre Inc. and granted interim approval with certain modifications in Telecom Order CRTC 97-1959 dated 30 December 1997 (Order 97-1959).
2. The Commission notes that Schedule I of the Agreement does not reflect the modifications required by Order 97-1959.
3. The Commission considers that Schedule I of the Agreement should include the modifications set out in Order 97-1959.
4. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The Agreement is granted interim approval conditional upon Schedule I being modified to reflect the modifications required by Order 97-1959. MetroNet is directed to provide a revised copy of the Agreement to the Commission within 30 days of the date of this Order.
