On 9 April 1998, Bell Canada filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 6215, amended by TN 6215A dated 20 April 1998, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 70.2(1) - Additional Business Line Promotion, to extend this offer to existing residential customers who wish to add one or more business primary exchange services in their homes for small business and teleworking applications, as well as to waive the Order Processing service charge in cases where a customer requests a change in directory listing.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
