Telecom Order CRTC 98-446
On 1 May 1998, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 1600, Enhanced Local Services, to introduce a promotional campaign in conjunction with two Halifax based radio stations, to provide two respondents with a Visual Call Waiting Deluxe package free for a period of one year. The campaign will be conducted in a one week period between 11 May and 15 May 1998.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 11 May 1998 are approved on an interim basis.
