Telecom Order CRTC 98-42
On 5 November 1997, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 32, introducing the Winback Service Charge Waiver promotion for the period of 8 December 1997 to 31 May 1998.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 28 November 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1767.
2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
