Telecom Order CRTC 98-328
On 9 March 1998, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item D-1017, providing for dedicated Company-owned, central office located equipment as part of a customer's private packet network with security access features.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 9 April 1998 are approved.
