Telecom Order CRTC 98-294
On 24 February 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of TELUS Communications Inc., Bell Canada, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited and MTS NetCom Inc., an application to remove National Services Tariff Item 707 which provided for the lease of Digital Packet Node (DPN/15) and Passport 160 equipment associated with the provision of a digital packet network for the customer.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 27 March 1998 are approved.
