On 9 February 1998, Télébec ltée filed an application for approval of a promotion of its "Services Étoiles" (SmartTouch Services) called "Promotion TéléRéponse 1998" (1998 Call Answer Promotion) from 14 April to 20 June 1998.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 9 March 1998 are approved.
