Telecom Order CRTC 98-238
On 2 December 1997, BC TEL filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Assembly Tariff Item 240, Television Transmission Service, introducing rates and conditions for the installation of video switching.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 30 December 1997 under Telecom Order CRTC 97-1953.
2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
