Telecom Order CRTC 98-162
On 25 November 1997, MTS NetCom Inc. (MTS) filed an application for approval of tariff revisions proposing new Terms of Service (Terms) which are intended to replace MTS' current Terms, which are referred to as Rules and Regulations in General Tariff Item 200. The proposed Terms represent a compilation of the Terms previously approved by the Commission in relation to other telephone companies, in particular, the Terms of Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, as approved by the Commission in Telecom Order CRTC 94-1275 dated 31 October 1994, and the Terms of The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited, NewTel Communications Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc., as approved by the Commission in AGT, NBTel and Newfoundland Tel - Amendments to the General Regulations, Telecom Decision CRTC 95-6, dated 27 April 1995.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved.
