On 3 December 1998, Northwestel Inc. filed an application for approval of Special Services Tariff Item 741, Municipal Area Data Network for Indian and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC), providing INAC with high speed connectivity between four local offices in Whitehorse, YT.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 15 January 1999 are approved.
