On 16 November 1998, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 377, introducing the Unlimited YAK PAK Promotion, providing residential customers with the opportunity to subscribe, at a single monthly rate, to a package of services consisting of residential basic exchange service, including Message Relay Service, and a choice of the following SmartTouchTM Services: Call Display, Name Display, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, 3 Way Calling, Call Answer, Call Return, Call Again and Call Screen, from 4 January to 4 May 1999.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 4 January 1999 are approved.
