Telecom Order CRTC 98-1281
On 16 November 1998, MTS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 2142, Calling Features, to set common rates for the calling features for individual line business, individual line residence, and multiline service in order to simplify the rate structure for this tariff, as well as to discontinue the Transfer, Hold, Intercom Service and Speed Calling (8 and 30 codes) since modern terminal equipment can provide these functions.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 January 1999 are approved.
