Telecom Order CRTC 98-1266
On 5 January 1998, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 567, Real Plus Extra Savings Plan, eliminating the current requirement that customers have a monthly minimum of $15.00 in billed message toll charges in order to receive discounts under the plan.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 2 February 1998 under Telecom Order CRTC 98-84.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
