On 27 May 1998, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited (now called NBTel Inc.) filed an ex parte application to introduce a nine month market trial to Special Services Tariff Item 3850, High Speed Digital Broadband Service 45 Mbps Virtual Circuit.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 3 June 1998 under Telecom Order CRTC 98-538.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
