On 30 April 1998, BC TEL filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 3809, amended by TNs 3809A dated 17 June 1998, 3809B dated 28 July 1998 and 3809C dated 11 August 1998, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 275, Business Access Plus Promotion.

1.The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis under Telecom Orders CRTC 98-532 dated 29 May 1998, 98-627 dated 30 June 1998, 98-848 dated 25 August 1998 and 98-920 dated 14 September 1998.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
