Telecom Order CRTC 98-1254
On 12 November 1998, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 733, amended by TN 733A dated 3 December 1998, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 1600, Enhanced Local Services, to: a) limit the availability of Call Screen service to residential customers; b) remove Outcall Notification, Family Extension and Extended Call Answer services from the General Tariff as stand-alone services; c) restructure the way in which multiple feature discounts are offered; and d) revise the method of capping pay-per-use services by introducing a $6.00 per month cap applicable to each feature.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 8 February 1999 are approved.
