Telecom Order CRTC 98-1230
On 10 November 1998, Island Telecom Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff, Item 800, Enhanced Local Services, to: a) limit the availability of the Call Screen and Call Answer services to residential customers; b) remove Outcall Notification, Family Extension and Extended Call Answer services from the General Tariff; c) discontinue Speed Call 8 and Speed Call 30 services; and d) restructure the manner in which multiple feature discounts are offered. Existing business customers for these features can continue to use the services as they will be migrated to Message Manager Service.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 8 February 1999 are approved.
