Telecom Order CRTC 98-1221
On 4 November 1998, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the International Globeinternet Service Tariff, to introduce a new access option for its Globeinternet service which provides Internet service providers a dedicated OC-3 (155 Mbps) access to the Internet network on a contractual basis, and to include a new point of presence located in Ottawa to access the Globeinternet services.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 4 December 1998 are approved.
