Telecom Order CRTC 98-117
On 26 January 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor carriers, an ex parte application, under Tariff Notice (TN) 638, amended by TN 638A dated 30 January 1998 for approval of tariff revisions.

The Commission orders that:
TNs 638 and 638A are granted interim approval conditional on the company notifying the Commission that the customer has selected Stentor as a carrier. Stentor is to advise the Commission of the outcome of the selection process as soon as possible. If Stentor is selected, the company is directed to provide an abridged copy of the application on the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the above notification.
