Telecom Order CRTC 98-113
On 21 October 1997, La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor (St-Victor) filed an application for approval of General Tariff revisions pursuant to the Commission's letter of 13 August 1997, pertaining to the following bill management tools: toll restriction, the late payment charge and a six-month instalment payment plan for connection charges.

1. The Commission considers that some wording changes are required to the proposed tariff.
2. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved with the following modifications:
a) In Item 1.4.3, the name of St-Victor's financial institution is to be specified;
b) In the Note to Item 2.11.2, the words « ou réactiver à nouveau » ([TRANSLATION] "or reactivate once again") are to be removed; and
c) In part g) of Item 3.1.1, the wording is to indicate that payment can be extended over a period of up to six months.
3. St-Victor is to issue revised tariff pages within 10 days of the date of issuance of this Order.
