Telecom Order CRTC 98-1096
On 8 October 1998, NBTel Inc. filed an application, under Tariff Notice (TN) 762, amended by TN 762A dated 15 October 1998, for approval of housekeeping revisions to Special Services Tariff Item 3790.2 and 3790.3, and the introduction of Internet Call Waiting, a promotional campaign offering Internet Call Waiting for one month free of charge to residence or business single-line customers who subscribe to the Internet, regardless of their service provider.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
