Telecom Order CRTC 98-1095
On 7 October 1998, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to add Special Facilities Tariff Items F-526(e) and (f), each providing for one uni-directional Quadrature Amplitude Modulated Intermediate Frequency channel. These facilities are to carry enhanced broadcast services relating to the program and are Microwave Multipoint Distribution System type signals.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
