On 22 April 1998, La Compagnie de Téléphone de St-Victor filed Tariff Notice 9 seeking approval of its final 1998 Carrier Access Tariff (CAT).

1.On 16 July 1998, Québec-Téléphone advised the Commission that it [TRANSLATION] "will not file comments regarding the notice and responses filed by Saint-Victor".
2.The Commission is of the view that the proposed CAT is reasonable.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders as follows:
The CAT proposed under Tariff Notice 9 is given final approval and will replace the interim CAT effective 1 January 1998.
