Telecom Order CRTC 98-1038
On 11 September 1998, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 716, amended by TN 716A, dated 9 October 1998, for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 1160, Operator Services, to: a) remove the Local Operator Assisted Dialing Service, b) discontinue the Busy Line Verification/Interruption Service; c) remove the Directory Assistance Multi-List Service, and d) charge for Long Distance Directory Assistance requests within the 902 NPA only when the number provided appears in one of the company's telephone directories.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 8 February 1999 are approved.
