Eight-month renewal
|
|
1. The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Mistissini (Baie-du-Poste), from 1 January 1999 to 31 August 1999, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.
|
|
2. The Commission has granted an administrative renewal because it cannot rule on the licence renewal application before the current licence term expires. This renewal does not dispose of the application, nor of any relevant matters before the Commission in connection with that application. The Commission will issue a decision on the application at a later date.
