One-year renewal

1. The Commission renews for administrative reasons the broadcasting licence for the cable distribution undertaking serving Coppermine until 31 August 1999, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.
|
2. The Commission wishes to emphasize that this administrative renewal does not in any manner dispose of any matters which may have arisen during the current term of the licence. Any such matters may be subject to comment by interveners and will be available for consideration by the Commission at the time it considers the licence renewal application.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
