Revocation

|
1. Tancook Island Television System Limited has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking (subscription television system) serving the above-noted localities.
|
|
2. In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to Tancook for the above-mentioned undertaking.
