1. In paragraph no. 4 of Decision CRTC 98-451 dated 25 September 1998, the Commission stated that it "will issue Class 3 licences to Vidéotron ltée". The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 98-451 as follows:

The Commission will issue Class 3 licences to 9061-5162 Québec inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vidéotron ltée, expiring 31 August 2001 (the current expiry date of the licences), upon surrender of the current licences.
