Licence amendment for CHRO-TV

Following Public Notice CRTC 1997-147 dated 15 December 1997, the Commission approves the application to amend the broadcasting licence for the television programming undertaking CHRO-TV Pembroke, by adding a condition of licence authorizing the licensee to broadcast separate programming on its transmitter CHRO-TV-43 Ottawa or on CHRO-TV Pembroke in instances where telethons or other live charitable events are being broadcast exclusively on either undertaking. During these programs, the licensee will continue to broadcast the regular schedule of programs on the other transmitter.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
