Administrative renewal
1. For administrative reasons, the Commission renews the broadcasting licence for CKVL Verdun, from 1 September 1998 to 31 August 1999, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence.
2. This administrative renewal is granted solely because the Commission is not in a position to rule on the licence renewal application before the expiry of the term of the current licence. It does not in any manner dispose of the licence renewal application, nor of any relevant matters before the Commission in connection with that application. Any such matters will remain open to review by the Commission at the time it considers the licence renewal application.
This decision is to be appended to the licence.
