Licence renewal

1. Following Public Notice CRTC 1998-39 dated 22 April 1998, the Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Nitinaht Lake, from 1 September 1998 to 31 August 2005, subject to the conditions in effect under the current licence, as well as to those conditions specified in the licence to be issued.

2. The Commission notes that this undertaking distributes, in non-encrypted mode, the following programming services:

Open Learning Agency (Knowledge Network)
CHAN-TV (CTV) Vancouver
CBC English-language television network/
Service de télévision de langue anglaise de la SRC

3. The licensee is authorized to distribute these services on channels 3, 5 and 7, each with a transmitter power of 1 watt, as certified by the Department of Industry.

This decision is to be appended to the licence.
