Application (199706016) by CABLE LABRADOR LIMITED, P.O. Box 1300, Station "B", Happy Valley-Goose Bay, (Labrador) Newfoundland, A0P 1E0, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving English Point, to be relieved of the requirement to distribute the signals of CBNAT-9 Mount St. Margaret, Newfoundland and CBST-17 Blanc Sablon, Quebec, pursuant to paragraphs 22(1)(a) and (b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986.
The licensee proposes to distribute instead of CBNAT-9 Mount St. Margaret the signal of CBMT Montréal, Quebec, received via satellite.

The licensee distributes presently the local signal of station CKSH-TV Sherbrooke, an affiliate of the CBC.

Your intervention will be considered by the Commission, and will form part of the public record of the proceeding without further notification to you, provided the procedure set out above has been followed. You will be contacted only if your submission raises procedural questions.
