NOTICE
The Commission hereby announces that it has received licence renewal applications for the following broadcasting undertakings. These licences expire on 31 August 1997.

Pursuant to section 2.2(3) of the Radio Regulations 1986, and the current condition of its licence, the licensee is applying to reduce the minimum amount of Canadian musical selections broadcast per week on CHAS-FM from 30% to 15%.
The licensee is also applying to amend CHAS-FM's licence by requesting an exemption from the one-third (1/3) local programming requirement in order to accept or solicit local advertising by proposing to broadcast 28 hours per week of local programming.
