Application (199616637) by the COOPÉRATIVE RADIO RESTIGOUCHE LTÉE to amend the broadcasting licence of the (radio) programming undertaking CIMS-FM Balmoral, by adding a transmitter at Dalhousie, operating on a frequency of 96.7 MHz (channel 244 LP) with an effective radiated power of 8 watts.

This change would improve the quality of the signal at Dalhousie, which is inside the 3 mV/m coverage area of CIMS-FM.
