AMENDMENTS TO THE RADIO, TELEVISION AND SPECIALTY SERVICES REGULATIONS RESPECTING THE BROADCAST OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ADVERTISING
The Commission has received the following applications:

1.  LADY COVE AND WEYBRIDGE, Newfoundland
Application (199617081) by REGIONAL CABLE TV INC., 17 Duffy Place, P.O. Box 12155, Station A, St. John's, Newfoundland, A1B 4L1, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (cable) distribution undertaking serving Lady Cove and Weybridge, by adding a condition of licence relieving the licensee of the requirement that it distribute the programming service of CJCV-TV Clarenville, Newfoundland, a regional station, pursuant to paragraph 22(1)(b) of the Cable Television Regulations, 1986. The licensee proposes to distribute instead the signal of CJON-TV St. John's, Newfoundland, received via satellite.
