The Commission has received the following application:

Application (199706115) by BBS ONTARIO INCORPORATED, P.O. Box 9, Station "O", Toronto, Ontario, M4A 2M9, to amend the broadcasting licence of the (television) programming undertaking CJOH-TV Ottawa by increasing the effective radiated power of its transmitter in Pembroke from 253,000 to 259,000 watts.

The applicant has advised that this modest increase in power will not significantly change the authorized service area.
