- by changing the channel and the effective radiated power for the distribution of CKMI-TV Quebec City, from channel 5 with an effective radiated power of 13,850 to channel 20 with an effective radiated power of 20,200 watts; and
|
- by changing the channel and the effective radiated power of the transmitter at Montréal, from channel 67B with an effective radiated power of 4,980 watts to channel 46 with an effective radiated power of 4,850 watts.
