Telecom Order CRTC 97-982
On 27 June 1997, Bell Canada filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions providing for a promotion on Three-way Calling feature's pay-per-use option under its General Tariff Item 2165.

1. As a result of the Commission's letter dated 2 July 1997, Bell provided a copy of Tariff Notice 6040 on the public record on 7 July 1997.
2. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 2 September 1997 are approved on an interim basis.
