On 3 July 1997, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all the federally regulated Stentor Carriers, an ex parte application under Tariff Notice 470A.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

Tariff Notice 470A is granted interim approval conditional on the company notifying the Commission that the customer has selected Stentor as a carrier. Stentor is to advise the Commission of the outcome of the selection process as soon as possible. If Stentor is selected, the company is directed to provide an abridged copy of the application on the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within 2 business days of the above notification.
