On 30 May 1997, Teleglobe Canada Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its International Globeaccess Service Tariff, introducing discounted rates under Globeaccesstel - Discount Plan 3; rate reductions to ten destinations under Globeaccesstel - Discount Plan 1 and five destinations in the Globeaccesstel - Discount Plan 2; and the expansion of the Globeaccesstel - Discount Plan 1 to include Morocco and Pakistan.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
