On 9 June 1997, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Facilities Tariff Item D-100 (h), providing for the set-up of an alternate route on a Megaroute DS-0 facility to a back-up circuit when the active circuit fails.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 10 July 1997 are approved.
