On 30 May 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to its Special Services Tariff Item 4030.4, Cellular Telephone Service, providing for a further extension of the Calling Party Pays market trial to 31 December 1997.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 July 1997 are approved.
